There’s more to life than job titles, meetings and metrics.
Outside work, I’m someone who is endlessly curious — about technology, travel, sport, food, culture and the stories behind people and places. I’m usually trying something new, planning the next trip, watching football, discovering a new piece of technology or going down a rabbit hole about something I knew absolutely nothing about an hour earlier.
⚽ Sport
Football has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — from captaining my school team to following the game today. I also enjoy playing padel, and generally prefer sport when there’s an element of competition involved.
✈️ Travel & Experiences
I love travelling, but I’m less interested in simply ticking destinations off a list. For me, it’s about experiencing a place — its food, neighbourhoods, history, people and the little things you remember long after you’ve returned home.
💻 Technology
I’ve always been fascinated by technology and how quickly it changes the way we live.
From consumer tech and AI to eCommerce and the latest gadget I probably don’t need, I genuinely enjoy understanding what’s next and why it matters — which is probably why technology has naturally become such a big part of my professional life too.
🎬 Stories, Culture & Creativity
Before marketing, there was journalism — and I’ve never really lost the fascination with stories that led me there.
Whether it’s film, music, advertising, current affairs or popular culture, I’m interested in the ideas that capture people’s attention and the reasons some stories stay with us.
🐱 The Furry One
And then there’s our Persian cat — a constant source of entertainment, occasional chaos, and a useful reminder that not everything in life needs a strategy.
Life at home is shared with him and my wife who teaches art, creative business and fashion styling.
